We've been active the last few weeks while waiting for our App. 2 to be approved. Kelly got some extra medical testing done that the adoption agency wanted. We met with our home study agency and got the ball rolling there. We went to the police station and had our fingerprints taken for our background checks. We had a garage sale and received another contribution from our letter campaign bringing up our adoption fund totals. We have heard from several who want to help support our adoption by doing fundraisers for us in our home towns.
The most exciting part is that we got an email yesterday telling us that our Application 2 was processed and accepted. We are now free to move on to the home study process and begin our education hours.
